Why Vision is important
In last weeks post we talked about the EOS Model as a whole and how strengthening the 6 key components of your business can help you build a stronger company.
In the following weeks we'll look a little closer into each of these components and the tools we use to strengthen each, starting with VISION:

Strengthening the vision components means creating clarity around
Who are you as an organization
Where are you going
How are you going to get there
We do this by answering 8 key questions:
What are your Core Values
What is your Core Focus
What is your 10-Year Target
What is your marketing strategy
What is you 3-Year Picture
What is 1-Year Goal
What are your Quarterly Rocks
What are your Issues
Once the leadership agrees and is crystal clear about who you are and how you behave, why you exist and what you'll do, how you will succeed, what is most important right now, who does what and what is standing in your way, the next step is to share your vision with everyone in the company - over and over again.
We go back to the marketing rule of 7 (consumer need to hear a message 7 times before they act on it) and make sure that we constantly and consistently repeat our vision to the organization.
